How We Process Our Produce
Sourcing
We source our fruit from our own farms as well as neighbouring farms in the Boland area. By producing most of the fruit we process ourselves, we are able to maximise yields and efficiency, reducing costs and wastage from start to finish.

Receiving
Raw materials are delivered daily in small batches and enter production immediately after verification. Each batch undergoes a full quality analysis to ensure the fruit is free from microbiological hazards and harmful pesticides. Critical control points are then identified along the production line, and detailed analyses of critical limits are performed to monitor all procedures. Corrective actions are implemented whenever necessary to maintain the highest quality standards.
Processing Technology
We use an aseptic processing and packaging line to produce natural Brix fruit purées. An evaporator is used to increase capacity and create concentrated products, such as 28–30 Brix tomato and 9 or 18 Brix guava. Other options, including apple, pear, and passion fruit, have yet to be explored.
