Guavas
Guava is a tropical fruit, known for its vibrant green or yellow skin and juicy, sweet pulp. Guava is a nutrient-rich superfood, high in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber. Its unique taste and health benefits make it a popular choice in healthy fruit juice blends worldwide. Our guava is locally sourced from both our own farms and neighbouring farms. Raw materials are delivered daily in small batches and enter production immediately after verification. Guava purée can be produced as a single strength (9 Brix) or concentrated into double strength (18 Brix) using an evaporator.

Tomatoes
There is a significant opportunity for tomato purée production in South Africa, as the market consistently experiences a shortage. With land and water available across our farms and neighbouring farms, we are well-positioned to grow tomatoes on a much larger scale.
Tomatoes are processed into purée and evaporated from 5 Brix to 28–30 Brix before being packed aseptically to ensure quality and shelf stability.

Due to the small-scale nature of our aseptic packaging line, we can offer aseptic packaging services for a wide range of fruit concentrates.
